Hristo Petkov, Lead Producer
Hristo’s role as Lead Producer is to ensure that games are made on time and within budget while leaving enough creative freedom to the team to do their best work. The role involves a lot of communication between the team and the stakeholders to make sure that expectations are aligned.
Hristo has studied computer science but he never found himself to be intrigued by coding, despite that he firmly believes that his coding knowledge has helped him a lot throughout the years.
Hristo has been a gamer since a very early age and has always been fascinated by games but has never seen himself as a developer until later in his life. During a university course in mathematical modeling (optimization) he was fascinated by balancing and technical game design and decided to pursue such a career. As is life, it took some time until he was able to land a job as a game designer and he has worked on multiple projects as such during his time in the game development industry.
In his spare time Hristo enjoys traveling, seeing new places and attending music festivals. He is the proud “pet parent” of two aussies and big brother to a few cats.
